• Installation staff on the provisioning of data services;
• Technical staff on data interfaces, signals and testing standards (G.821)
• Maintenance staff on the support of data services
• Training staff
• Assist with Procurement of data testing equipment
• Preparation and layout of data infrastructure equipment;
• Re-evaluating and improving all the above procedures and systems
• Investigate existing network problems and propose solutions
• Supervised installation and commissioning of new equipment
• The identification of suitable test equipment and train staff how to use it.
